Support Engineer

• Assist with installing and configuring essential software tools that support remote system monitoring.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve SQL database issues, including challenges related to systems approaching 10 GB data limits.
• Analyze data trends and prepare a comprehensive report outlining findings, progress, and recommendations.
• This internship will provide hands-on experience in database management and offer meaningful insight into proactive approaches for resolving technical issues in a production environment.
