Business Development Rep

• Responsible for smashing targets, and building relationships in the industry
• Work with the entire Growth team to set priorities and strategic direction for new business
• Actively prospect and engage new brands using a variety of channels including cold calling; email; LinkedIn; networking events
• Conduct discovery Calls/demos with all outbound and inbound leads
• Be a champion for our users and advocate for them, partnering with Marketing and Product teams to continuously improve the product
• Collect and record feedback throughout the sales process, suggesting changes where you identify areas for improvement
• Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
• Attend industry events to network, build contacts, and represent Opply in the best light

BDR/AE
