About the role
- Managing complex interests, deadlines, and resources, including creating a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) derived from the final goal, and rigorous progress management.
- Smooth collaboration and communication with domestic and international stakeholders, including cross-border projects.
- Structuring complex matters to create high-quality documents (e.g., PowerPoint) that enable busy decision-makers to make quick judgments, followed by effective presentation.
- Executing a solution-selling approach that goes beyond standard products, by identifying customers' latent issues through interviews and proposing solutions by combining our company's assets.
Requirements
- Experience in project management with a proven track record of successfully completing projects involving multiple stakeholders, managing complex interests, deadlines, and resources.
- Experience in sales or consulting, where you identified customers' latent issues through deep listening and presented solutions by combining the company's assets.
- Ability to structure complex matters and create high-quality business documents (e.g., PowerPoint) that allow busy decision-makers to quickly grasp key information for judgment.
- Native-level Japanese and Business-level English proficiency, enabling smooth communication with overseas stakeholders in professional settings (meetings, emails, document preparation, etc.).
- Ability to quickly comprehend new knowledge and elevate it to a professional level by approaching unknown technologies and industry trends with strong intellectual curiosity, without showing aversion.
- A strong sense of responsibility to voluntarily identify and complete tasks that fall into the "gaps" of the team or organization, without limiting oneself to a predefined scope of work.
- Diplomatic professionalism, including consistently showing respect to stakeholders regardless of their position, and the flexibility to switch one's mode according to TPO (Time, Place, Occasion).
