About the role
- Openly is rebuilding insurance from the ground up, re-envisioning the customer experience.
- The Territory Manager is responsible for profitable growth and strengthening agency relationships, onboarding support, and accelerating adoption of Openly’s product.
- Key responsibilities include engaging with existing Openly Agent Partners, supporting marketing campaigns, creating and implementing growth strategies, supporting Business Development Managers, managing territory, analyzing trends, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve agent experience.
- The role offers monthly and quarterly incentive plans in addition to base salary
Requirements
- 3+ years of outstanding sales performance with the ability to drive results and innovate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- 2+ years of insurance carrier experience
- Must reside in Arizona
- Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License preferred, or the ability to get one within the first three (3) months of employment
- Established agency network within Arizona
- Travel up to 60% in assigned territory based on the business needs
- Proven organizational, negotiation, and value-based selling skills
- Strong oral and written communication with the ability to manage large and small audiences, whether remote or in-person
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility
- Insurance product knowledge and the ability to gather additional knowledge rapidly
- Proficiency with Microsoft and Google products along with experience working with a CRM
