About the role
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop creative sourcing strategies for R&D roles.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche communities to identify and engage passive technical talent.
- Conduct initial outreach and introductory screens to qualify candidates based on technical skills and alignment with OpenLoop’s mission.
- Maintain meticulous records in our ATS to ensure a seamless handoff to Recruiters and a high-touch candidate experience.
- Provide real-time market feedback and talent landscape insights to calibrate roles and salary expectations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical sourcing or full-cycle technical recruiting.
- Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools (Boolean, X-ray search).
- Demonstrated ability to engage and convert passive candidates in the software engineering or health-tech space.
