About the role
- **What will you do?**
- - Day-to-day onboarding, nurturing and winning back Polish customers
- - Recruit new traders and dealers from incoming calls or pre-assigned database by the Manager
- - Nurture the business relationships of the existing customers in your portfolio and help them develop and grow their business with us
- - Reactivate inactive accounts by understanding their needs and reasons for leaving
- - Present and demo our sales solutions to buyers and sellers
- - Run call campaigns towards new and existing customers (launch of new solutions, products and services)
- - Follow up and report on your responsible territory (market) information which could boost sales and OPENLANE’s market share
- - Yearly customer visits for a selected group accompanied by one of the commercial managers.
Requirements
- ** Who Are You?**
- - You speak English and Polish fluently. Any additional language is a plus.
- - You bring 3 to 5 years of experience in inside sales, or a similar commercial role.
- - You have strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively manage and close deals.
- - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and build relationships with clients.
- - You stay positive under pressure, with resilience and a growth mindset.
- - You’re ambitious, target-driven, and motivated to exceed sales goals.
