Design and implement robust automations and integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including recipes, triggers, actions, and custom connectors.
Support and enhance integrations across Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, Zip, Workday, and Databricks, leveraging OIC, Workato, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Partner with Finance, IT, and Engineering stakeholders on ERP transformation efforts, leading technical aspects of data migration, integration validation, and system cutover.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration and platform issues, including data synchronization errors, API failures, and performance bottlenecks.
Monitor integration health across OIC and Workato, proactively identifying opportunities to improve reliability and performance.
Document integration architectures, migration runbooks, and technical processes to ensure knowledge transfer and operational readiness.
Support SOX compliance initiatives by embedding security, segregation of duties, and audit-readiness into integration design.
Contribute to functional testing, UAT, and production cutover as part of the ERP migration lifecycle.
Requirements
6-8+ years of experience in enterprise business systems, including 3+ years focused on iPaaS platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Workato.
Proven track record leading or supporting large-scale ERP transformation or migration programs, ideally from NetSuite to Oracle Fusion or comparable platforms.
Experience designing scalable, reusable integration architectures with built-in monitoring, error handling, and recovery frameworks to ensure long-term reliability.
Strong proficiency with SQL, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs, and experience using NetSuite Restlets or reports to feed data into other systems.
Background supporting Finance and Accounting functions, with exposure to billing, revenue recognition, financial close, and multi-entity consolidation.
Hands-on experience with parallel run operations, reconciliation processes, and migration validation techniques.
Excellent documentation skills and ability to produce migration runbooks, technical specs, and system diagrams.
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH) and Advanced Transaction Processing (ATP), and how they integrate with upstream and downstream finance systems.
Familiarity with SOX compliance frameworks, secure system design, and audit readiness practices.
Experience in fast-paced, hypergrowth, or multi-entity international organizations where scalability and reliability are critical.
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FAH), Oracle Supply Chain, and tools like Oracle SQL Developer for data reconciliation.
Comfort working with modern SaaS finance tools such as Zip, and Workday, alongside ERP and integration platforms.
