About the role
- Conduct technical assessments of prospective partners
- Align with Revenue Partnerships team for shared goals
- Develop and deliver tailored technical enablement programs
- Collaborate with partners' sales teams to close opportunities
- Lead technical support during partners' initial projects
- Serve as a trusted advisor for complex technical inquiries
- Create and maintain internal documentation and playbooks
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role
- Experience managing C-level technical and business relationships
- Track record of enabling and scaling SI and Consulting partner networks
- Thorough understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements for B2B SaaS products
- Experience delivering prototypes of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions
- Knowledge of network/cloud architecture
- Industry experience in programming languages like Python or Javascript
- Experience working with REST APIs
- Must be an effective presenter and communicator
- Ability to own problems end-to-end
