About the role

  • Conduct technical assessments of prospective partners
  • Align with Revenue Partnerships team for shared goals
  • Develop and deliver tailored technical enablement programs
  • Collaborate with partners' sales teams to close opportunities
  • Lead technical support during partners' initial projects
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for complex technical inquiries
  • Create and maintain internal documentation and playbooks

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role
  • Experience managing C-level technical and business relationships
  • Track record of enabling and scaling SI and Consulting partner networks
  • Thorough understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements for B2B SaaS products
  • Experience delivering prototypes of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions
  • Knowledge of network/cloud architecture
  • Industry experience in programming languages like Python or Javascript
  • Experience working with REST APIs
  • Must be an effective presenter and communicator
  • Ability to own problems end-to-end
