Design and launch AI-powered creative systems (dynamic content generation, automated asset production, experimentation tooling) that enable rapid, personalized campaigns across multiple channels.
Build and scale a modern martech stack (data pipelines, automation platforms, experimentation frameworks) that supports sophisticated targeting, measurement, and real-time optimization.
Be scrappy and build MVPs, then partner with engineering to architect 0→1 infrastructure—including APIs, event triggers, and growth tools—that accelerates testing velocity and supports global rollout.
Develop testing roadmaps and experimentation strategies to evaluate new AI workflows, creative concepts, and delivery channels, driving measurable impact on acquisition, activation, and retention.
Collaborate with design and creative teams to operationalize scalable asset creation, ensuring content meets brand standards while enabling high-volume iteration.
Build full-funnel dashboards and attribution models with data science to surface opportunities, measure incremental impact, and guide prioritization.
Serve as a bridge between marketing, product, growth and technical teams, translating growth objectives into system requirements and scalable solutions.
Requirements
8+ years of growth or marketing technology experience spanning both consumer (B2C) and business (B2B) products, with a track record of designing and scaling AI-driven growth systems.
Demonstrated success building 0→1 infrastructure—from proof of concept to scaled platform—for creative automation, personalization, or experimentation.
Deep knowledge of martech ecosystems and experience working with APIs, event streams, and cloud data warehouses.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to model funnels, run incrementality studies, and translate data into actionable growth strategies.
Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, product, data science, and design to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Experience applying AI/ML techniques (e.g., generative models, predictive scoring, decisioning engines) to marketing or growth use cases is a strong plus.
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution—comfortable prototyping workflows, evaluating new vendors, building lightweight apps/MVPs, and optimizing systems directly.
A test-and-learn mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment.
