About the role
- Handle a wide range of tasks within the Credit Admin department
- Support the day-to-day administration of credit and senior team members
- Assist with loan documentation, reporting, and compliance tasks
- Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Credit Admin Reports
- Research and collect data for loan-related reports and projects
- Order appraisal reports and document qualifications of appraisers
- Maintain credit records and documentation in compliance with policies
- Prepare routine credit-related reports accurately and timely
- Perform a variety of administrative and operational tasks for efficient workflow
- Assist with internal and external audit requests and documentation gathering
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college preferred
- Prior experience in office support roles, credit administration, lending, or bank operations required
- Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or client complaints
- Present a professional image in dealing with customers and representatives
- Accurate typing/keyboarding skills; basic computer skills
- Good analytical skills including problem definition, data collection, and fact establishment
- Strong understanding of lending operations and client needs
