About the role
- Developing and nurturing strong relationships with channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and other strategic partners.
- Creating and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through the channel partners, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Providing partners with the necessary training, resources, and support to effectively sell the company's products or services.
- Monitoring partner performance, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement to maximize sales productivity.
- Managing and optimizing channel programs, incentives, and promotions to drive partner engagement and sales.
- Working closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure channel sales efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
- Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for channel sales growth.
- Identifying and recruiting new channel partners to expand the company's reach and market penetration.
- Tracking sales performance, forecasting future sales, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.

- Strong sales and business development skills
