Account Executive

• Conduct outreach to prospective clients leveraging multiple channels, including cold calling, emailing, and social media platforms, to drive engagement and secure sponsorship participation
• Identify, pitch, and secure sponsorship opportunities while managing the full sales cycle for sponsorship packages
• Maintain accurate records of all leads, communications, and updates in the CRM database
• Conduct ongoing industry research to identify new leads, enhance conference content, and stay informed on market trends
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and identify new business opportunities
• Demonstrate professionalism, strong product knowledge, and a solutions-oriented approach throughout all client interactions
• Attend select conferences to support onsite relationship-building, execution, and client service
• Collaborate with team members to share insights, optimize client engagement efforts, and drive collective results
• Participate in regular team meetings to provide updates, exchange feedback, and contribute to ongoing process improvements

Conference Sponsorship Sales Representative

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and maintain daily scheduling priorities
• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, transportation, and related logistics
• Draft, edit, and manage emails, letters, reports, presentations, and other business communications on behalf of the CEO
• Assist with coordinating client calls, meetings, and follow-up communications
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal team members on behalf of the CEO as needed
• Track tasks, deadlines, and ongoing projects to help ensure timely follow-through and organization across priorities
• Prepare and organize reports, spreadsheets, summaries, and other administrative documents
• Maintain organized records, files, and confidential documentation
• Assist with expense tracking, financial documentation, and coordination with the accounting team as needed
• Coordinate administrative logistics, appointments, and scheduling needs related to executive operations
• Support internal communication and information flow across departments as directed
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the CEO and executive office as needed
• Flexibility to respond to occasional urgent matters outside standard business hours is required

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, development plans, and delivered solutions
• Design and implement scalable system architectures that minimize operational risk and long-term maintenance
• Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations, automation, and integrations
• Build and maintain API-based integrations across platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Zoom, WordPress, and other business systems
• Design and deploy automation tools that reduce manual processes while maintaining data integrity and access controls
• Develop secure front-end and server-side functionality where required
