• Review and provide guidance on contracts, including hotel agreements, sales contracts, and occasionally employment contracts.
• Identify key contractual terms, risks, and obligations, providing clear and actionable feedback to the internal team.
• Acknowledge receipt of all requests and complete tasks within 48 hours.
• If clarification is needed, request it promptly and complete the task within 48 hours of receiving the required information.
• Provide light advisory support for legal questions or issues that may arise before escalation to third-party counsel.
• Maintain organized records of contract reviews and related communications.
• Collaborate with internal managers to ensure timely execution of contracts and related actions.
• May occasionally provide input on compliance, HR, privacy, or cybersecurity questions.
• On rare occasions, may assist with general legal inquiries or research directly relevant to contract matters.
• Maintain a detailed log of hours and tasks performed, prepare an accurate monthly invoice, and submit it for prompt payment.

• Sell sponsorships and attendee passes (registrations) for Opal Group live events
• Reach out to prospective attendees via LinkedIn, phone, or email
• Find, pitch, and close sponsorship opportunities and ensure audience attendance
• Generate leads for live event registrations
• Conduct ongoing research in assigned areas to advance industry knowledge and innovate conferences
• Meet key professionals, industry leaders, and senior executives from relevant vertical markets
• Keep a record of all new leads, current interactions, and client updates in the CRM database
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships to gain new business
• Demonstrate professionalism while ensuring client retention

• Support recruiting by reviewing applications, conducting phone and video screenings, and scheduling interviews.
• Prepare and process HR documents, maintain employee files, and update employee information.
• Review and process timecards; track and monitor time off requests.
• Manage the HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Send out daily attendance updates to management.
• Generate reports for managers on employee performance and HR metrics.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to HR and other departments as needed
