Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with candidate sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
