About the role
- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer
- Partner with leadership on hiring roadmap and headcount planning
- Build outbound sourcing pipelines across engineering, trading, operations, and CX
- Define role scopes and interview scorecards
- Track recruiting metrics and improve funnel conversion
- Manage candidate experience and offer closing
- Own onboarding experience and first 30 day plans
- Maintain recruiting documentation and hiring systems
- Help structure performance review cycles
- Support compensation benchmarking and leveling frameworks
- Partner with leadership on org design and team planning
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or people operations experience
- Experience in tech, fintech, gaming, trading, or high-growth startup environments
- Strong sourcing ability and comfort with outbound recruiting
- Experience building or improving people systems in a lean organization
- Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership mentality
- Experience recruiting for engineering or quantitative roles is a plus
- A background or interest in sports, trading, predictions, or crypto is a plus
