About the role
- Own and close higher-complexity opportunities across current and future OnTheClock products, including time tracking, payroll, advanced scheduling, and HR-lite functionality, for larger and multi-location accounts.
- Lead deeper discovery conversations around payroll workflows, pay schedules, and compliance needs.
- Deliver advanced product demos highlighting payroll integration, reporting, and operational value.
- Consistently convert trials to paid customers at above-average rates.
- Secure payment on file and close complex deals through to completion
- Maintain best-in-class opportunity management, forecasting, and deal hygiene in Salesforce
- Partner closely with Payroll Implementation and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and successful customer launches
- Mentor and support Account Executives through call coaching, deal strategy, and best-practice sharing
- Contribute to sales playbooks, scripts, and ongoing process improvements
Requirements
- 5 or more years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of quota attainment and overperformance
- Experience selling payroll, HR, or compliance-related software preferred
- Strong command of Salesforce and pipeline management
- Ability to manage longer or more complex buying cycles
- Strong executive-level communication and deal strategy skills
