• Own and close higher-complexity opportunities across current and future OnTheClock products, including time tracking, payroll, advanced scheduling, and HR-lite functionality, for larger and multi-location accounts.
• Lead deeper discovery conversations around payroll workflows, pay schedules, and compliance needs.
• Deliver advanced product demos highlighting payroll integration, reporting, and operational value.
• Consistently convert trials to paid customers at above-average rates.
• Secure payment on file and close complex deals through to completion
• Maintain best-in-class opportunity management, forecasting, and deal hygiene in Salesforce
• Partner closely with Payroll Implementation and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and successful customer launches

Senior Account Executive

Customer Support

• Support customers with in-depth payroll inquiries, failed payrolls, and time tracking issues, including quarterly and annual tax filings.
• Provide high-touch, personalized assistance to larger or more complex payroll customers following implementation, ensuring accuracy and confidence.
• Proactively monitor payroll accounts to ensure they are in good standing, resolve “needs attention” items, and prevent payroll failures.
• Provide timely, high-quality troubleshooting support across phone, ticket, and chat channels, meeting service-level expectations while resolving platform-related questions and issues.
• Manage individual case volume and workload to ensure balanced team contribution, accountability, and consistent support coverage.
• Participate in product training, releases, and beta testing; surface customer feedback, trends, and recurring issues to the Support Manager to support ongoing product and experience improvements.

Senior Payroll Support Specialist

• Provide timely, high-quality support across phone, ticket, and chat channels, meeting service-level expectations while resolving time-tracking and payroll-related questions and issues.

Support Specialist

Product Designer

• Own end-to-end design across UX, UI, research, workflows, and design systems.
• Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile products with a strong focus on accessibility, clarity, and usability.
• Produce high-quality design artifacts, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing to uncover needs, validate concepts, and improve workflows.
• Advocate for usability improvements and design consistency across the product.
• Translate workforce and product data into clean dashboards, visualizations, and reports.
• Suggest UX-based enhancements to existing features and help identify areas of friction.

QA Engineer

• Build and maintain our test automation framework from scratch using tools like Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress
• Establish QA strategy and processes for the team: define testing standards, decide what to automate vs. test manually, create the "definition of done," and set quality gates for releases
• Perform strategic manual and exploratory testing on complex features, edge cases, and user workflows for our web and mobile applications
• Own the quality of releases: Plan and execute regression testing before major releases, validate production deployments, and serve as the final quality gate

• Build, maintain, and optimize third-party integrations (e.g., payroll providers)
• Provide technical leadership and expertise across projects, offering architecture guidance, system design recommendations, and best practices
• Modernize and refactor legacy services while balancing technical debt reduction with feature delivery
• Own significant technical areas end-to-end, from database schema design to frontend UI, taking initiative to identify improvements and drive them to completion
• Conduct thorough code reviews and architecture reviews, raising the bar for code quality and helping the team make better technical decisions
• Collaborate closely with the Development Manager and Product team to shape the technical roadmap and prioritize engineering initiatives
• Debug and resolve production issues using monitoring tools like New Relic and Sentry, participating in an on-call rotation to ensure system reliability
