• Lead the Quality and Laboratory team, ensuring that all products are manufactured in accordance with customer specifications and defined standards.

Quality Manager

Paralegal

• Co-owning and managing key corporate governance processes, including the preparation and review of selected sections of our Integrated Annual Report, the preparation of the annual shareholders’ meeting of Ontex Group NV, and Board and shareholders' meetings of group subsidiaries
• Maintaining and keeping up to date all corporate records, including shareholder registers, corporate governance overviews, corporate officer appointments, and powers of attorney across the group, and drafting recurring corporate documentation such as board and general meeting minutes, resolutions, and other corporate filings
• Supporting the legal team on corporate and financial transactions by coordinating corporate due diligence requests, managing data rooms, supporting transaction and project management (including action list follow-up and closing mechanics), and liaising with external counsel, banks, notaries, and directors of group companies
• Supporting contract management activities, including maintaining contract databases, tracking key contract dates and renewal deadlines, and conducting first-line reviews of recurring agreements (including NDAs and standard commercial agreements) against internal standard positions and approved templates, leveraging legal AI tools to enhance efficiency and consistency
• Providing administrative and organizational support for the group-wide compliance function, including assisting with the maintenance of compliance policies and procedures, supporting compliance monitoring and reporting activities, and coordinating key compliance processes such as the internal whistleblowing system and the third-party screening tool
• Supporting legal operations initiatives, including the implementation and management of legal technology tools (e.g., contract management systems, data room platforms, AI tools), management of external counsel billing and matter tracking, and contributing to the continuous optimization of legal and compliance processes and workflows
• Providing ad hoc legal and administrative support to the General Counsel and Legal & Compliance team members as required, including support on strategic projects, regulatory inquiries, and other matters as they arise

Group Paralegal

Accountant

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items with business partners.
• Manage fixed asset accounting, including acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation.
• Oversee GR/IR clearing activities in SAP and investigate discrepancies between goods receipts and vendor invoices.
• Prepare and post journal entries related to fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and other balance sheet accounts.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits.
• Support tax reporting activities in partnership with external tax advisors.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to strengthen controls and improve efficiency.

Senior Accountant

Account Manager

• Reports directly to the German management
• Responsible for the Homecare business in the Germany region
• Manage approximately 20 strategic homecare service providers / distribution partners as key accounts in the German market
• Systematically expand this distribution network through active business development
• Develop customer-specific concepts based on close dialogue with customers; implement the route-to-market strategy
• Conduct contract and annual review meetings; ensure a consistent pricing and terms policy
• Work closely with distribution partners (marketing of branded products and private-label solutions)
• Analyze market and competitive developments and identify new business opportunities and products
• Regular reporting on market activities, customer developments and business opportunities — including to international management

Key Account Manager – Distributors

• Support the IKAM in the day to day management of the UK account ensuring they are fully aware of the status of the UK account.
• Help prepare for customer meetings and at times support on international administrative tasks as needed.
• Attend weekly internal and external meetings with the customers, taking responsibility of creating contact reports/actions list and working with the wider team to ensure tasks are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Supporting the IKAM to drive sales and profit through the account by reviewing sales performance data as well as margin analysis.
• Assist and create calculations for price setting through a Profit Run pricing calculation system as requested by the IKAM.
• Work closely with the sales coordinator to ensure secure supply of stocks.
• Gathering market information and analysis as needed.
• Completion of order confirmation documents for new product setup.
• Logistic review and approval to ensure they meet customer requirements.
• Support the IKAM in managing and controlling A&P investments and ensure that Ontex gets value for money for all promotional support given to the customer.
• Ensure that A&P expenditure is reported monthly to the IKAM to ensure that it is kept within the agreed levels and support in managing any price/order queries.
• Become an acknowledged expert in Ontex products, categories and customers.

Key Account Manager

Product Manager

• Assist and support the business with developing and implementing product/brand strategies and objectives
• Work closely with the Key account manager, managing clients from a product development and marketing perspective
• Engage with the category manager to analyze the market
• Manage the mix of several product categories and a high number of SKUs
• Project manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams to deliver the end result on time and to budget
