About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reports directly to the German management
  • Responsible for the Homecare business in the Germany region
  • Manage approximately 20 strategic homecare service providers / distribution partners as key accounts in the German market
  • Systematically expand this distribution network through active business development
  • Develop customer-specific concepts based on close dialogue with customers; implement the route-to-market strategy
  • Conduct contract and annual review meetings; ensure a consistent pricing and terms policy
  • Work closely with distribution partners (marketing of branded products and private-label solutions)
  • Analyze market and competitive developments and identify new business opportunities and products
  • Regular reporting on market activities, customer developments and business opportunities — including to international management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed degree or equivalent qualification through relevant professional experience
  • Several years of experience (approx. 5 - 7 years) in key account management / sales in the Homecare sector or a comparable market
  • Solid experience working with distributors or indirect sales channels is a prerequisite
  • Strong ability to understand customer requirements and develop viable sales concepts
  • Enjoyment of commercial responsibility (e.g., revenue and profit management), determination and high self-motivation
  • Analytical, structured working style, strong communication and negotiation skills, and confident presentation skills
  • Independent working style and strong customer orientation, very good English skills
