• Development and optimization of prompts for generative AI models, particularly in the area of Voice AI
• Conducting tests to improve model performance, accuracy and relevance of outputs
• Fine-tuning and automating input instructions (prompts) to increase efficiency and consistency
• Analyzing usage data and model outputs to enable continuous improvements and data-driven decisions
• Integrating and tuning Voice-AI systems based on platforms such as fonio, vapi ai, retell ai, ElevenLabs or Deepgram
• Developing, training and maintaining in-house Voice-AI prototypes and workflows
• Monitoring current trends and technical developments in generative AI, prompt engineering and speech models to advance internal strategies

Customer Success Manager

• Responsible for product and technical inquiries related to Voice AI solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction and product adoption
• Develop, optimize and maintain Voice AI workflows, including prompt design, speech recognition, and natural interaction
• Support and train customers to effectively use Voice AI and SaaS products, including onboarding and coaching
• Analyze user feedback and performance data to continuously improve product quality, language models, and customer success processes
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to advance Voice AI features and automate internal workflows
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and actively contribute to expanding existing customer relationships
• Contribute to building out customer success infrastructure, e.g. by creating knowledge bases, FAQ systems, and Voice AI demos
• Provide technical customer support via phone, voice calls, or ticketing systems to resolve technical issues promptly and competently
