About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are operationally responsible for the conception, development and implementation of high-performing marketing funnels.
- You optimize landing pages, including via A/B testing, with a focus on excellent user experience and high conversion rates.
- You work cross-functionally with our marketing and creative teams in an agile, dynamic environment.
- You monitor visual and technical trends and their development.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled student (m/f/d) in Design/Web Design or a related degree program.
- Some professional experience as a web designer.
- A strong sense for appealing and user-friendly design.
- Excellent knowledge of and practical experience with Webflow (our primary page builder).
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus, as is proficiency with common prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma).
- A creative, service-oriented and highly reliable work style.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Excellent German language skills and good English skills complete your profile.
