Manage all aspects of a new CareStation implementation from beginning to end (planning, executing, monitoring, closure).
Works with sponsors and key stakeholders to develop the scope of the implementation, goals and deliverables.
Defines the responsibilities of all team members involved in the implementation.
Creates a cohesive project plan and schedule that includes major milestones, tasks, key dependencies, responsible owners, start and end dates.
Manages the project plans and schedules, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, time, and quality parameters.
Ensures that project inter-dependencies within the project and across other departments are considered and are tracked, planned and executed.
Identifies, tracks, monitors project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines.
Identifies and communicates implementation related issues/risks that may arise throughout the duration of the project.
Develop go to green plans to mitigate all risks and issues identified throughout the life of the implementation.
Maintains effective communication and working relationships with key stakeholders and implementation team members, communicating overall status, progress and issues.
Ensure implementation outcome are in alignment with desired results.
Analyzes, documents and shares lessons learned with department leaders, completes implementation closure process and documentation, adjust implementation processes and documentation as required per analysis at project close.
Prepares and presents oral and/or written reports and implementation presentations.
Organizes and conducts implementation meetings.
Communicate clearly and effectively to all sponsors, stakeholders, team members, and vendors.
Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintains them over time.
Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Business Management.
2-3 years of experience in project management.
Strong project management skills, including scheduling and risk management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work tasks with minimal supervision.
Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with often-changing priorities.
