Business Development Rep

• Works with the General Manager, Chief Growth Officer and other stakeholders to develop channels expanding the overall accessible market.
• Supports the Go-To-Market strategy and develops and executes strategic and tactical sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
• Analyzes leads and pipelines to determine what is working well and what needs improvement. Monitors sales performance metrics and KPIs and implements measures to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
• Maintain the ongoing with external business developments leaders and negotiate contracts with favorable business terms.
• Engages in other growth-related activities when needed.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise customers, including employers, payors, unions and consultants.
• Lead RFP responses, negotiations, and contract close for CareStation deployment and oversee the execution of contracts.
• Expand strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels that accelerate the CareStation’s market reach.
• Represent OnMed as a senior leader at industry events, conferences, and executive forums and keeps abreast of industry developments and market trends to formulate sales strategies to drive product growth.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Client Management, Finance, and Operations to align sales activities with business priorities and product roadmap.
• Partner with Product, Data, and Strategy teams to deliver market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis that inform innovation and improvements.
• Ensure seamless cross-functional execution during contract deployment and implementation of CareStation units.

Vice President, Business Development

DevOps Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure Azure cloud infrastructure and automated CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying applications, including the Command Center 3.0 platform.
• Develop automation solutions using Ansible or equivalent configuration management tools (e.g., Chef, Puppet) and scripting languages (Bash, Python) to configure and manage bare-metal and Azure cloud resources.
• Manage and maintain source code repositories.
• Provision, configure, and maintain Azure Virtual Machines used for AI-assisted agentic coding workflows, including image updates, patching, snapshot management, and orchestration of development environments.
• Configure and manage Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) for identity and access management, including app registrations, service principals, conditional access policies, and RBAC for platform applications such as Command Center 3.0.
• Stand up and manage Azure services (e.g., Azure IoT Hub, Azure API Management, Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor) required for new platform development and CareStation connectivity.
• Monitor system performance, uptime, reliability, and capacity.
• Troubleshoot deployment and production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and drive incident response and postmortem processes.
• Implement observability best practices (logging, metrics, tracing) to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Own the build and deployment process for services and applications across development, staging, and production environments.
• Improve release reliability through automated testing, configuration management, and continuous integration strategies.
• Work closely with application development teams to integrate security best practices into the development and deployment pipeline to ensure compliance and protect applications and data.
• Integrate security best practices into DevOps workflows, including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and compliance automation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, processes, and configurations.

Implementation Specialist

• Manage all aspects of a new CareStation implementation from beginning to end (planning, executing, monitoring, closure).
• Works with sponsors and key stakeholders to develop the scope of the implementation, goals and deliverables.
• Defines the responsibilities of all team members involved in the implementation.
• Creates a cohesive project plan and schedule that includes major milestones, tasks, key dependencies, responsible owners, start and end dates.
• Manages the project plans and schedules, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, time, and quality parameters.
• Ensures that project inter-dependencies within the project and across other departments are considered and are tracked, planned and executed.
• Identifies, tracks, monitors project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines.
• Identifies and communicates implementation related issues/risks that may arise throughout the duration of the project.
• Develop go to green plans to mitigate all risks and issues identified throughout the life of the implementation.
• Maintains effective communication and working relationships with key stakeholders and implementation team members, communicating overall status, progress and issues.
• Ensure implementation outcome are in alignment with desired results.
• Analyzes, documents and shares lessons learned with department leaders, completes implementation closure process and documentation, adjust implementation processes and documentation as required per analysis at project close.
• Prepares and presents oral and/or written reports and implementation presentations.
• Organizes and conducts implementation meetings.
• Communicate clearly and effectively to all sponsors, stakeholders, team members, and vendors.
• Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintains them over time.
• Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members.
