Sales

• Ensure integration of new styles according to Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines
• Ensure window displays are created according to VM guidelines
• Ensure daily product refills/restocking
• Maintain orderly stockroom
• Ensure unpacking of new merchandise
• Provide feedback on merchandise to the Store Manager (SM) and buyers
• Provide feedback and collaborate with the responsible Area Visual Manager (AVM)
• Manage and process the TOP 20 and TOP 40 product lists
• Daily monitoring and analysis of sales/sell-through figures
• Responsible for Best Sold items/sales
• Focus: shop floor and sales coverage (acting as lead/top salesperson)
• Participate in dedicated sales days on a rotating basis (including covering Saturday shifts as needed or as part of routine rotation)
