About the role
- Coordinate daily business operations
- (Further) develop your team through training and coaching
- Merchandising – implement presentation guidelines
- Plan in-store activities
- Efficient and effective staff scheduling and workforce planning
- Perform economic/financial analysis of the store

Requirements
- Completed commercial/business vocational training
- Relevant experience in textile/fashion retail, preferably with store management experience
- Strong affinity for numbers and sound commercial/business acumen
- Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence
- Strong interest in fashion and trends
- Team player with good communication skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
