About the role
- Co-responsible for all shop operations
- Create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers
- Coordinate day-to-day operations in consultation with the Shop Manager
- Monitor the store's overall commercial performance
- Assist and support the Shop Manager
- Inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
- Strong affinity for numbers and sound commercial/business acumen
- Strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- True team player with excellent communication skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
