About the role
- Co-responsible for all in-store operations
- Create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers together with the team
- Coordinate daily store operations in consultation with the Shop Manager
- Monitor overall commercial/financial performance
- Assist and support the Shop Manager
- Inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training (e.g., in retail or business administration)
- A flair for numbers and strong commercial/business acumen
- Strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
