About the role

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates across LATAM markets (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina)
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates
  • Negotiate and support management of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals in coordination with the operating team
  • Monitor affiliate performance (FTDs, NGR, retention, quality of traffic)
  • Optimize campaigns and promotions to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and analytics teams and coordinate with the operating entity’s Payments, Risk, CRM, and Compliance teams where required
  • Ensure affiliates follow brand guidelines and compliance standards defined by the operating entity.
  • Prepare performance reports and forecasts for management

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Affiliate Management, with a strong preference for LATAM
  • Proven experience working with LATAM markets
  • Existing portfolio of active affiliates
  • Strong understanding of affiliate KPIs and performance models
  • Experience with affiliate platforms (NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills (English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
