About the role
- Corporate structuring for clients in Europe, the US, Canada and other jurisdictions as needed.
- Support banking & accounts: assist with account opening, liaise with banks and regulators, address compliance/KYC requirements.
- Develop client legal strategies: tax-efficient setups, asset protection, legalization of digital/crypto income, cross-border transactions.
- Draft and review international contracts, board/shareholder documents, policies, opinions, and memoranda.
- Coordinate cross-border work with international partners, external counsel, vendors, and internal teams.
- If applicable, lead the legal function: set strategy, build processes, mentor and hire team members.
Requirements
- 7+ years of legal practice, with experience in international law, investments, banking and/or crypto/digital assets.
- English B2+ (working language).
- Leadership skills or strong desire to grow into a people-lead role.
- Hands-on experience with company registrations, international contracts, cross-border deals (strong advantage).
- Bar admission and/or an international LL.M. — nice to have.
