General Counsel

• First legal team hire reporting directly to the General Counsel to support Product/Tech, Operations, and Marketing teams
• Partner with product teams on feature launches and user experience legal requirements
• Maintain and evolve terms of service, community standards, and other platform policies
• Partner with Trust & Safety to develop frameworks for dispute resolution, content moderation, and incident response
• Advise on platform liability issues and intermediary protections
• Navigate regulatory compliance across key markets in North America and the EU including consumer protection laws, privacy requirements, and lodging regulations
• Provide occasional marketing compliance support, including platform advertising and promotional terms
• Lead contract negotiations for technology partnerships, marketing vendor agreements, and emerging supplier marketplace relationships
• Provide cross-practice legal support as the company's legal needs evolve during scaling
