About the role
- The Regional Demand Planner is responsible for the demand planning process for their regional business.
- This role supports the monthly forecasting cycle and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
- Maintain close relationships with customer facing functions to understand underlying demand trends and insights around market intelligence.
- Drive alignment to the monthly forecast through market demand review and support communication of the demand plan and insights through the Organization.
- Partner with business partners to collect, analyze, consolidate, and report data and insights to improve decision-making and drive process maturity.
- Develop a culture of accountability around maintaining key supply chain inputs that reflect actual performance as it exists in the current state.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of professional work experience
- Experience with Supply Chain, Commercial/Marketing or Finance Demand Planning experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent University degree is required.
- MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification (APICS/IBF) preferred.
- Experience with ERP (SAP) & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP) is preferred.
- Must possess strong analytical reasoning, business intelligence (BI), business savvy, coaching, communication, data analysis, predictive modeling, and process improvement skills.
