About the role

  • The Regional Demand Planner is responsible for the demand planning process for their regional business.
  • This role supports the monthly forecasting cycle and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
  • Maintain close relationships with customer facing functions to understand underlying demand trends and insights around market intelligence.
  • Drive alignment to the monthly forecast through market demand review and support communication of the demand plan and insights through the Organization.
  • Partner with business partners to collect, analyze, consolidate, and report data and insights to improve decision-making and drive process maturity.
  • Develop a culture of accountability around maintaining key supply chain inputs that reflect actual performance as it exists in the current state.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional work experience
  • Experience with Supply Chain, Commercial/Marketing or Finance Demand Planning experience
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent University degree is required.
  • MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification (APICS/IBF) preferred.
  • Experience with ERP (SAP) & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP) is preferred.
  • Must possess strong analytical reasoning, business intelligence (BI), business savvy, coaching, communication, data analysis, predictive modeling, and process improvement skills.

  • Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
