About the role
- Shape the future of advanced surgical stapling and surgical energy business.
- Create strategic communications programs that drive business outcomes.
- Prioritize thought leadership and earned/owned media strategy.
- Develop strategic messaging and content development, social media and campaign activations.
- Handle employee and culture communications, and issues management.
- Build a deep understanding of surgery, connected technology, clinical and medical data, and healthcare markets to develop an integrated global communications plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (required).
- 8+ years of professional experience in communications, marketing communications, public affairs, or related fields.
- Experience in healthcare, MedTech, robotics, or highly technical industries preferred
- Demonstrated experience creating high‑quality written and visual content across multiple formats.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with matrixed teams and managing complex workflows.

- Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
