About the role

  • Shape the future of advanced surgical stapling and surgical energy business.
  • Create strategic communications programs that drive business outcomes.
  • Prioritize thought leadership and earned/owned media strategy.
  • Develop strategic messaging and content development, social media and campaign activations.
  • Handle employee and culture communications, and issues management.
  • Build a deep understanding of surgery, connected technology, clinical and medical data, and healthcare markets to develop an integrated global communications plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (required).
  • 8+ years of professional experience in communications, marketing communications, public affairs, or related fields.
  • Experience in healthcare, MedTech, robotics, or highly technical industries preferred
  • Demonstrated experience creating high‑quality written and visual content across multiple formats.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with matrixed teams and managing complex workflows.

  • Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period
  • Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
