About the role
- Lead global learning for the IM Transcend program, developing and executing the training strategy
- Design and deliver impactful learning programs that integrate technology
- Curate and/or create learning content and materials that are relevant, current, and effective
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and other learning technologies
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences using a variety of modalities
- Manage learning metrics, key performance indicators, and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering effective training programs via different learning modalities
- Understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies and learning trends
- Proficiency with learning management systems and other e-Learning authoring tools
- Stakeholder management experience driving outcome at varying levels of the organization
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines and work independently
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to engage and empower diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, savvy at identifying risks and devising effective mitigation
- Minimum of High School or equivalent diploma/degree is required; Bachelor’s / University or higher degree is strongly preferred, with a focused degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technology, Instructional Design, Education
