About the role

  • Lead global learning for the IM Transcend program, developing and executing the training strategy
  • Design and deliver impactful learning programs that integrate technology
  • Curate and/or create learning content and materials that are relevant, current, and effective
  • Manage the learning management system (LMS) and other learning technologies
  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences using a variety of modalities
  • Manage learning metrics, key performance indicators, and reporting

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering effective training programs via different learning modalities
  • Understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies and learning trends
  • Proficiency with learning management systems and other e-Learning authoring tools
  • Stakeholder management experience driving outcome at varying levels of the organization
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines and work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to engage and empower diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, savvy at identifying risks and devising effective mitigation
  • Minimum of High School or equivalent diploma/degree is required; Bachelor’s / University or higher degree is strongly preferred, with a focused degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technology, Instructional Design, Education
