Collaborate with the BOH (Business Operations Head), TA, DU DAS leaders and others to manage operational governance.
Partner closely with DU and TA stakeholders to cultivate a working knowledge of the portfolio (programs, projects) to better support the DU mission.
Facilitate and manage DU operational activities in partnership with DU and GD organizations on behalf of the TA.
Provide in-depth analytical insights using advanced tools to help identify areas of improvement, and precipitate the identification of future project activities and efforts.
Coordinate the identification, prioritization, tracking, and reporting of improvement initiatives.
Provide additional support to teams, collaborations, and/or projects as business needs evolve.
Provide support in assembling key KPIs to support metric reporting/display, and be poised to collaborate w/ partners throughout R&D to support data requests/queries.
This role may serve, depending on development desires & capabilities, a need to support specialized projects in the pursuit of larger DU/TA centric project missions (i.e.- Sponsorships).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is required
Minimum 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience working in cross-functional teams and/or leading large projects
Working knowledge of drug development and/or clinical operations (i.e. trial management, project management, business operations, data analytics)
Ability to mine data and synthesize cogently for analysis and display purposes
The ability to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
Overall generalist disposition and entrepreneurial self-starter mindset
Advanced technical skillset and/or demonstrated savviness (advanced data analysis & display skills) is preferred.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Able to deliver training sessions for maximum impact.
Experience and/or accreditation in Project/portfolio management, Scrum/Agile, Six Sigma Process Improvement is preferred.
Experience managing and collaborating with external partners and vendors is preferred.
Ability to harness the full potential of collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, etc.) is preferred.
Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform tools and familiarity with current systems (e.g., Power Apps, Power BI, Flows, Tableau, SharePoint development) is preferred.
