About the role
- Drive new logo acquisition through strategic prospecting, outbound outreach, marketing leads, and partner referrals
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Maintain clean Salesforce records
- Prepare and present tailored business cases and proposals
- Balance new business and existing account growth
- Serve as a consultative partner
- Clearly articulate OneStream’s differentiators
- Accurately track and forecast sales opportunities
- Conduct discovery sessions, research, and demos
- Create high-impact proposals
- Contribute to key internal initiatives

Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing complex deals
- Hunter mindset
- Strong command of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger
- Strategic thinker with business acumen
