About the role
- Responsible for defining, elevating and protecting the creative expression of ONER Active across all brand touchpoints
- Translate ONER’s brand vision into distinctive and culturally relevant creative output
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team spanning art direction, copy and design
- Collaborate with Brand, Social, Experiential, PR, and Marketing Operations
- Ensure all creative output reflects ONER’s premium positioning and cultural relevance
- Oversee end-to-end creative development of campaigns, product launches and key brand moments
- Ensure creative consistency across digital, retail, social, experiential and PR touchpoints
- Own final creative sign-off across all brand work and ensure high standards
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in senior creative leadership roles
- Background within fashion, activewear, or culturally driven consumer brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction across campaigns, brand development, and multi-channel execution
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing creative teams
- Exceptional creative judgment with refined aesthetic and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling, commercially effective creative
- Skilled at balancing ambitious creative vision with clear business objectives
