About the role
- Outreach Activities: Initiate targeted outreach to high-value companies to generate interest in OnePlan.
- Deliver Value Proposition: Create compelling messaging by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of OnePlan's features and benefits, coupled with a diverse knowledge of each company’s distinctive attributes.
- Metric-Driven Approach: Meet & Exceed weekly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets to execute a consistent sales process - while collecting data on successful strategies to inform iterative improvements and enhance overall team performance.
- Curiosity: Act as a thought leader in the Project Management domain, providing unique insights to customers and challenging their existing perspectives when needed.
- Collaboration: Engage in regular communication with your team and the broader company to exchange success stories and address sales challenges effectively.
Requirements
- Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) experience is an asset but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a strong academic track record.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada.

- Representative (BDR/SDR) experience.
- Strong critical thinker with a positive and out-of-the-box attitude.
- Tech, SaaS, Salesforce or project management experience.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to present using solution selling and a consultative approach.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
