Technical Account Manager

• In this role, you are the technical partner our customers rely on. This is a post sales role. You'll guide them through their adoption of OnePlan by digging into their business needs, translating those needs into real configurations, and building solutions across OnePlan and the Microsoft ecosystem.
• You discover what customers are trying to achieve, then design structured, scalable solutions in OnePlan, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate that directly support those goals.
• You build and configure solutions across OnePlan and the Power Platform. This includes creating workflows in Power Automate, building interfaces or components in Power Apps, and developing or modifying Power BI reports to support data driven decisions.
• You support customers with both guidance and hands on configuration. Clients look to you for technical clarity, direction, and a deeper understanding of how to use OnePlan and the Microsoft tools that support it.
• You identify technical or adoption roadblocks and clear them quickly so customers can keep moving without friction.
• You translate complex technical ideas into clear explanations that help customers feel confident and informed.
• You manage multiple customer engagements at once, work closely with product and delivery teams, and occasionally join onsite sessions to strengthen relationships and drive adoption.

Solutions Engineer

• Partner with Enterprise Sales leadership to define technical win strategies for high-value opportunities
• Lead solution discovery sessions to understand customer challenges, goals, and success criteria
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, solution architecture discussions, and proof-of-value engagements
• Translate customer business challenges into solution narratives tied to measurable outcomes
• Ensure consistent articulation of OnePlan's value across strategy alignment, financial governance, capacity planning, and execution management
• Support seamless handoff from pre-sales to post-sales teams including Customer Success and Professional Services
• Serve as a subject matter expert in SaaS PPM and SPM including portfolio financial management, capacity and resource planning, and delivery methodologies
• Guide positioning of OnePlan within the Microsoft ecosystem including Planner, Project, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Teams, as well as enterprise platforms such as Jira and ServiceNow
• Maintain deep understanding of OnePlan's product capabilities, integrations, roadmap, and use cases
• Support solution standardization and technical validation across enterprise opportunities
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support a cohesive customer journey
• Partner with Product Management to provide structured field feedback and influence roadmap prioritization

• Onboard new customers effectively, transitioning them from initial deployment to post-deployment success plans.
• Develop success plans for customers, outlining their key success factors and recommendations.
• Conduct regular check-ins through Monthly or Quarterly Success Reviews to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Professional Services to identify new opportunities and assist in transitions following deployments.
• Respond to customer requests and offer strategic guidance on product use, account modifications, and business expansion.

• You will design, build, and deliver solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and OnePlan's product suite, helping customers turn strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Your day to day will include:
• - Building and configuring solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem to extend OnePlan and integrate with client environments
• - Designing reports, dashboards, and automations in Power BI and Power Automate that give customers visibility into portfolios, resources, and financials
• - Implementing and integrating PPM platforms such as OnePlan with an emphasis on technical configuration over advisory
• - Configuring portfolios, project plans, resource plans, and financial tracking to support strategic prioritization and delivery
