• Serve as the primary legal partner to marketing, brand, design, paid media, and product teams.

• Structure and negotiate creator, influencer, brand-collaboration, affiliate, agency, vendor, talent, and marketing-partnership agreements.
• Advise on FTC endorsement and disclosure rules, usage and content rights, and platform terms.
• Design and review rewards programs, sweepstakes, contests, promotions, official rules, registration, bonding, and multi-state compliance.
• Support production and content development, including talent releases, music and licensing, rights clearances, and vendor agreements.
• Partner on claim substantiation, puffery, comparative claims, and disclaimers.
• Use AI tools to accelerate contract review, marketing review workflows, knowledge management, and issue-spotting while maintaining controls and confidentiality.
• Build lightweight processes and self-serve guidance to help marketing move quickly and remain compliant.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Product Manager

• Own end-to-end product development from ideation through launch and iteration
• Define and drive the roadmap for a net-new consumer financial product
• Balance customer needs against risk, compliance, and business constraints
• Partner with engineering, design, data, risk, and legal to ship a high-quality consumer experience
• Use data and experimentation to make decisions and drive continuous improvement post-launch

• Track and analyze investor information and feedback on live transactions.
• Conduct comprehensive investor profiling and tracking of major developments in the private capital markets.
• Research on the largest institutional investment platforms and map their various strategies and pools of capital.
• Profile key individuals, including senior partners and deal leads and gather information on professional backgrounds, roles, and investment experience.
• Analyze term sheets and other materials received from investors.
• Manage and maintain investor databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

QA Automation Engineer

• Lead the design, implementation, automation, and optimization of our corporate security infrastructure.
• Enhance security controls, align goals with business objectives, and drive automation and self-service capabilities.
• Work with IaC tools like Terraform to ensure enterprise configurations are steady, change-managed and machine-readable.
• Design and deploy endpoint security measures aligned with industry standards, including vulnerability management.
• Ensure a strong security posture for corporate SaaS applications by configuring vendor capabilities or building automations to meet OnePay standards.
• Mature and manage data protection controls, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools and secure data handling processes.
• Build secure methods for sharing data with internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with IT, Infrastructure, and Security teams to implement security measures, maintain critical corporate systems, and drive process improvement through automation.

• Lead visual concepting and execution of social-first campaigns across paid and organic, from brief to final delivery, spanning static, motion, and video formats
• Direct shoots, UGC-style content, and motion projects with a clear and confident POV, providing direction to external content partners
• Develop hero creative, design systems, and art direction packages that give external partners, agencies, and content creators a strong foundation to version and scale from
• Bring genuine design chops to the work. Typography, layout, color, composition, hierarchy - across static and motion
• Bring a sharp instinct for what works on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Build and maintain social creative systems and templates in Figma that scale across the team without sacrificing craft
• Bring fluency in AI image, video and workflow tools to accelerate exploration, prove concepts faster, and push the creative further than a traditional process allows
• Collaborate with Growth, Brand Marketing, and agency partners to ensure social creative is both on-brand and performance-aware

• Recommend underwriting, line/limit, and policy changes to responsibly grow approvals and usage (e.g., cutoffs, segmentation, decision logic), using internal behavior, external risk signals, and reject inference techniques.
• Develop cross-product customer credit profiles by connecting external credit attributes to on-us behavior, and identify signals that generalize across products vs. are product-specific.
• Drive outcomes from uncovering insights in monitoring, to recommending and executing against strategic insights.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments (A/B tests, holdouts, policy tests), turning results into strategic recommendations and roll-out plans.
• Intertwine analytics with business and product strategy to craft business proposals that ultimately impact the bottom-line.
