About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end product development from ideation through launch and iteration
  • Define and drive the roadmap for a net-new consumer financial product
  • Balance customer needs against risk, compliance, and business constraints
  • Partner with engineering, design, data, risk, and legal to ship a high-quality consumer experience
  • Use data and experimentation to make decisions and drive continuous improvement post-launch
  • Navigate underwriting and regulatory requirements as a product owner
  • Identify and manage third-party partnerships and integrations
  • Represent the product to senior leadership with data-driven views on prioritization and tradeoffs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6–12 years of product management experience in consumer fintech or fast-growing financial technology environments
  • Demonstrated track record of owning a product focused on splitting rent/payments
  • Knowledge and ability to use AI tools to accelerate development and deliver measurable output
  • Deep comfort working at the intersection of consumer experience and financial product constraints
  • Strong sense of urgency and high ownership
  • Responsibility for outcomes and ability to drive work end to end independently
  • Low ego and strong collaboration across technical, legal, and executive stakeholders
  • Authorization to work lawfully in the United States
  • Ability to work without requiring employment-based immigration sponsorship, or disclosure of applicable immigration status if sponsorship is required
