About the role
- Lead and mentor a team in delivery of Data, AI & Analytics
- Align all projects with program and portfolio objectives
- Develop and manage the overall project portfolio strategy
- Conduct regular reviews providing guidance and support
- Deliver quality work for project management domains
- Supervise and direct delivery for a portfolio of programs and projects
- Develop portfolio strategy with Client Success
- Prioritize work for delivery teams across assigned programs
- Supervise and guide team, providing leadership and training
- Allocate resources efficiently
- Write Statements of Work (SOW's) for client contracts
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers and senior management
- Support teams in program kickoff presentations
- Handle portfolio financial planning and budget reconciliation
- Mentor teams on project timelines and quality standards
- Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Operations, or a related field or relevant work experience
- Preferred certifications: Program Management Professional (PgMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile or Scrum certifications (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster - CSM)
- 9+ years of progressive experience in project management, program management and portfolio management
- Digital and content creation/management experience preferred
- Experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Experienced in Agile methodologies, systems and processes
- Proficiency in project and program management tools and methodologies
- Strong experience with PowerPoint and Excel
- Jira, monday.com, and Workday experience preferred
