- Strong understanding of client business landscape while defining near and long-term objectives
- Key contact as voice of customer to enable clear internal goals and expectations
- Collaborate with other business units and client success team members to recognize opportunities and create plans to address
- Continuous innovation and evolution of existing engagements
Requirements
- 8+ years of digital marketing and analytics experience
- background in the service industry vs. working for a singular technology platform
- proven ability to deliver high stakes client presentations
