About the role
- Own day-to-day tactical execution of go-to-market operations, including aligning sales and marketing plans, monitoring CRM health, and improving pipeline efficiency.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure clean data, consistent processes, and predictable execution.
- Support deal execution, including pricing, approvals, forecasting, and late-stage deal support.
- Act as a trusted right-hand to the CEO, helping prioritize initiatives, prepare for key meetings, and drive follow-through.
- Prepare board decks, executive readouts, and leadership materials.
- Analyze business metrics and synthesize insights for decision-making.
- Coordinate and drive cross-functional projects that don’t have a natural owner.
- Serve as a credible external representative of Onehouse with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Join customer and partner meetings, articulate Onehouse’s value clearly, and help move deals toward closure.
- Handle a wide range of business-side tasks, including contract redlining, drafting press releases or announcements, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Consulting, or early-stage startup operations.
- Hands-on experience with go-to-market operations, including CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), pipeline management, and sales/marketing alignment.
- Experience working closely with a CEO or executive team, including board prep and strategic execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal presentation/communication skills.
- Comfort being externally customer- and partner-facing.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
