About the role
- Own the entire customer relationship at assigned major headquarters, from users up to Generals/Admirals
- Rapidly expand product usage until ~100% of ARCYBER plans are in Onebrief
- Win renewals and grow accounts, driving expansion and annual purchases
- Communicate user needs to the product team and maintain high product proficiency
- Gather intel about the command, budget, and region to support growth and expansion
- Instill the Onebrief brand image and enable expansion to Allies and Partners
- Lead or support exercises and provide face-to-face and remote customer support
- Coordinate with customers and product engineering when responding to incidents
- Recommend product improvements based on observations of users
Requirements
- Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI and ability to access DOD facilities and installations
- Proven experience in leading operational planning within a military context, preferably at multi-star headquarters
- Advanced military education: Command and Staff, Advanced Military Studies
- Familiarity and experience with major military planning exercises and protocols for software deployment on classified networks
- Proven ability to expand business presence within a region, with emphasis on software or technology solutions
- Experience in customer support, both face-to-face and remote, and capability to respond to incidents coordinating with customers and product engineering teams
- Strong technical skills to master the application, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with customers on technical matters
- Proven ability to navigate large government organizations and solve bureaucratic challenges
- Ability to become a power user of the product and discuss engineering topics with customers
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills; proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Must be comfortable working in person at Fort Gordon/Augusta, GA
