• Produce high volume, platform native social content from concept through shoot, edit, and publish with a focus on short form video
• Execute creator style, trend aware content optimized for engagement, retention, and shareability across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Generate and iterate on content ideas quickly based on trends, performance data, and audience feedback
• Collaborate cross functionally with Social, Brand, and Growth teams to support campaigns, product storytelling, and paid creative needs

• Manage budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies to drive efficient acquisition across CPA, ROAS, and conversion goals
• Run high-volume creative testing in partnership with Social and Creative teams, rapidly iterating and scaling top-performing ads
• Analyze campaign performance and take decisive action by scaling winners and optimizing or pausing underperforming campaigns
