• Lead structured discovery sessions with business stakeholders to surface requirements, assess feasibility, and produce clear technical scopes before a single line of code is written.
• Create reusable playbooks, architecture decision records, and handoff documentation so that the teams you work with can maintain and extend what you build.

• Own brand strategy and positioning, defining OnePay’s core narrative, differentiation, and value proposition across products and audiences

Producer

• Own the day-to-day community engagement and shape how we show up to customers across social platforms
• Manage and respond to comments, DMs, and social interactions with speed, clarity, and a human voice that reflects our brand
