About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, vet, and manage relationships with creators and influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Develop and execute influencer campaigns that align with broader marketing initiatives and drive measurable business outcomes
- Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee campaign timelines from briefing through delivery
- Partner with creators to develop authentic, platform-native content that resonates with target audiences
- Track campaign performance and optimize partnerships based on engagement, reach, and conversion insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or social media within a consumer or tech-driven environment
- Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, platform trends, and what drives performance in short-form content
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing influencer relationships end-to-end
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and translate insights into action
