Research agentic AI use cases for customer-facing product features and develop a working prototype
Design, build and productionize cutting-edge models
Partner with Product, Engineering and Analytics teams to ensure a remarkable customer experience
Drive positive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency
Work across all business units and report to the Head of AI/ML
Deliver prototypes and production-ready models that impact the company’s bottom line
Participate in the summer internship program (June–August 2026) and standard multi-stage interview process
Requirements
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree: new graduate or current student expected to graduate in Fall 2026/Spring 2027 majoring in computer science, data science, operations research, applied math, stats, physics, or related technical field
Proactive & Collaborative Attitude: act-like-an-owner mentality, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and enjoy working with others to achieve collective goals
Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving Skills: enjoy tackling complex challenges, analyzing problems, and developing solutions; clear communication
Organized & Detail-Oriented: keen listener with strong organizational skills; capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
Excited to Learn & Grow: passionate about being part of a rapidly growing start-up and expanding skills
Availability: available to work in our New York City office at least 3-4 days a week throughout the summer
Work authorization: authorized to work lawfully in the United States; must answer whether sponsorship will be required
Class level: new graduate or current student expected to graduate Fall 2026/Spring 2027 (undergraduate junior)
Nice to Have: Completed a course or worked on a project related to Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI
