About the role
- Integrate as an essential part of the engineering team and collaborate with Platform, Product, and cross-functional teams
- Work on real-world projects aligned to skills and interests and contribute to key engineering initiatives
- Showcase work with a final presentation to team and peers at the end of the program
- Attend workshops focused on technical skills, resume building, interview prep, and professional development
- Engage in mentorship and receive guidance and feedback from manager and a dedicated mentor
- Participate in networking events and company leadership interactions
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field (new graduate or expected to graduate Fall 2026/Spring 2027)
- Availability to work in New York City office at least 3-4 days/week throughout the summer
- Ability to be in New York City for the full duration of the summer program (June–August 2026)
- Authorization to work lawfully in the United States (must answer work authorization and sponsorship questions)
- Willingness to relocate to NYC if required (no relocation support provided)
- Proactive, collaborative attitude with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to provide resume (required); familiar with programming languages and able to link a personal coding project; answer application screening questions (e.g., undergraduate year, previous internships)
