Integrate as an essential part of the engineering team and collaborate with Platform, Product, and cross-functional teams
Work on real-world projects aligned to skills and interests and contribute to key engineering initiatives
Showcase work with a final presentation to team and peers at the end of the program
Attend workshops focused on technical skills, resume building, interview prep, and professional development
Engage in mentorship and receive guidance and feedback from manager and a dedicated mentor
Participate in networking events and company leadership interactions
Requirements
Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field (new graduate or expected to graduate Fall 2026/Spring 2027)
Availability to work in New York City office at least 3-4 days/week throughout the summer
Ability to be in New York City for the full duration of the summer program (June–August 2026)
Authorization to work lawfully in the United States (must answer work authorization and sponsorship questions)
Willingness to relocate to NYC if required (no relocation support provided)
Proactive, collaborative attitude with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Organized and detail-oriented with good communication skills
Ability to provide resume (required); familiar with programming languages and able to link a personal coding project; answer application screening questions (e.g., undergraduate year, previous internships)
