About the role
- Respond quickly to inbound leads from Facebook, Angi, Modernize, eLocal, and other marketing sources
- Return calls promptly and work to book appointments for service, maintenance, and estimates
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and create a strong first impression
- Make outbound calls to current and past customers to schedule tune-ups and maintenance visits
- Perform follow-up “happy calls” after appointments to check on the customer experience
- Help introduce and sell club memberships in a natural, helpful, and friendly way
- Accurately enter customer information, call notes, and appointment details into company software
- Use scripts and call guidance while still sounding warm, confident, and genuine
- Work closely with office staff and technicians to support a smooth customer experience
- Follow up on open leads, unsold estimates, and missed opportunities as directed
Requirements
- Strong phone communication and customer service skills
- Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor
- Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the appointment
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to respond to leads quickly
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Reliable and dependable
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work effectively from home in a professional setting
- Must live within reasonable driving distance of Ogden, Utah
- Must be willing to come into the Ogden office as needed
