About the role

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads from Facebook, Angi, Modernize, eLocal, and other marketing sources
  • Return calls promptly and work to book appointments for service, maintenance, and estimates
  • Answer incoming customer calls professionally and create a strong first impression
  • Make outbound calls to current and past customers to schedule tune-ups and maintenance visits
  • Perform follow-up “happy calls” after appointments to check on the customer experience
  • Help introduce and sell club memberships in a natural, helpful, and friendly way
  • Accurately enter customer information, call notes, and appointment details into company software
  • Use scripts and call guidance while still sounding warm, confident, and genuine
  • Work closely with office staff and technicians to support a smooth customer experience
  • Follow up on open leads, unsold estimates, and missed opportunities as directed

Requirements

  • Strong phone communication and customer service skills
  • Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the appointment
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to respond to leads quickly
  • Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Reliable and dependable
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to work effectively from home in a professional setting
  • Must live within reasonable driving distance of Ogden, Utah
  • Must be willing to come into the Ogden office as needed
