About the role
- Migrate data from PeopleSoft HCM and Finance to a new ERP (Workday).
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project timelines.
- Perform data analysis, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Manage complex data conversion activities and adjust priorities as needed.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced team environment.
- Troubleshoot data issues and validate converted data.
- Operate independently and self-manage workload.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data conversion development in Python and data management.
- Good understanding of data mapping, data modeling, and data integration concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Be self-managers and operate independently.
- Manage complex data conversion activities with tact and expediency.
- Adjust priorities as data conversions work pace and needs require.
- Higher Education experience is a preferred.
- Experience with data conversion from legacy ERP systems such as PeopleSoft to cloud solutions such as Workday is preferred.
- Experience with data conversion of HCM data elements is preferred.
